Where are you located?

We are located in Allen, Texas (just north of Dallas).

Are your products sold in any stores?

No. We sell directly to our customers at this time.

We encourage you to use the Contact Us form on this site. You can certainly pick up the phone and call us using our phone number in the top left of this page as well!

Orders

I made a mistake on my order, what should I do?

Use the Contact Us form on this site, and send us an email. Most likely we will have to refund your order, and you will be able to reorder the items with your changes. Due to PayPal and credit card company requirments, we are unable to change the orignal order, including a small change like your shipping address.

We ship our products all around the world.

Which shipping method should I select?

We offer USPS 1st Class, Priority Mail, FedEx & DHL. As the method for most items is your choice, we recommend that you select a carrier appropriate for your order. If your order is a low value of less than $100, USPS 1st Class is fine. If your order is over $100, we recommend UPS, FedEx or DHL so you will have insurance and more accurate tracking

How long does it take for my product to ship?

In-stock items will typically ship within 2-5 business days of your order. Special order and custom items usually ship in 2-4 weeks depending on complexity of the design. Turnaround time for large quantity custom products will vary based upon quantity ordered.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are shown on the checkout page once you enter your address information and proceed to the next page.

Can I return a custom product?

Because all custom products are crafted to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is a defect in the materials or craftsmanship, we will gladly exchange or fix the product.

Can I return a non-custom product?

A product can be returned/exchanged for 14 days as long as it is in the original condition and contain all original packaging. Products that have no refunds in their description, cannot be returned or exchanged. 

My package shows it was delivered, but I did not receive it. What do I do?

You have a couple of options. Wait a day or so and see if it comes. Check with your neighbors to see if they have it. Call the carrier with your tracking number, and inquire about the location of your package.

What happens if it's determined that my package has been lost by the carrier?

If you selected USPS 1st Class as your shipping method, and the package shows delivered, then there is nothing we can do. If you selected any of our other available shipping methods, then your package will have insurance up to a certain amount. Please contact us for that information and further instructions.
