The easiest way to contact us about your order is via email. Please reply to your order confirmation email with any questions you may have.


Because all custom products are crafted to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is a defect in the materials or craftsmanship, we will gladly exchange or fix the product.

A product can be returned/exchanged for 14 days as long as it is in the original condition and contain all original packaging. Products that have "No Refunds" in their description, cannot be returned or exchanged.
